Too Pid, Wartortle, And Namoleso

Was the insult book updated while I was away? Because someone, a random person I do not know, said I was 'too pid' to even understand one plus one (two) yesterday.
Or were they just playing on words (stupid without an S, too-pid, tupid)? I honestly have no idea what so ever.
And just a quick thing, why does 'bad' mean good? Does that mean that 'good' would mean 'bad'? Okay, I am not the best person to got to for a slang dictionary.
...
You know how the Pokedex say that Wartortle is said to live 10,000 years? Well that is only if it does not evolve, because neither of it's other forms say anything about living that long (Okay, I did not check Blastoise), so I am assuming that it only applies to Wartortle.
And how would they know that anyways? Did Wartortle get so wise (from years) that one learned to speak and just told one of the people who made the Pokedexes that they were alive that long?
Or maybe someone use Celebi to travel back and see! (Okay, bad idea, I give up!)

I used a Pokemon region tutorial to make this map:

I do not have a name for it yet (Explaining the title of this post), but it seems a bit small for a region. So I am thinking of later (Once I make a new one that is a bit bigger, so there is more room), making a name/fan fiction for it.
